FITNESS
On every level, physical fitness is vital for a healthy
life style. It is the “miracle pill” we are all looking for to get that
youthful feeling and to always look our best. Strength training along with
cardio will provide you the ability to combat the aging process. But, they are not
the only facet to a healthy fit body . . . . . Nutrition is just as important!

BALANCE
I always say, “With strength comes Flexibility and with
Flexibility comes Balance”. As we age, balance becomes an issue if we don’t
stretch our bodies on a daily basis. Stretching gives us strong and flexible
muscles, which in turn gives us the balance required for everyday functioning.
Keep your body firm and tone, remember to stretch and you will reclaim your
true fountain of youth.

NUTRITION
Remember that old quote “You are what you eat”? Well, they
were right. By avoiding food that is processed with additives and antibiotics,
your digestive system utilizes what you eat to maximize all the nutrients
possible for a long and healthy life. Watch your portions and eat 5 to 6 meals
a day, including all food groups. Give yourself a cheat day so you don’t feel
deprived. Just go right back to eating healthy. Again, Nutrition and Fitness is
not the only facet to a healthy body . . . . Balance is an essential part!
